PEACE AGREEMENT

One day a gang of vulture ruminate to renovate
Their dead ideology of torture and slaughter
Crafting the idea of ‘old item into new package’
The scavengers stepped out of the cavern
Grinning their faces with hiding beaks
Moving, walking and flying far and wide
The vulture squad paraded here and there
Inside and outside the boundary and barriers
As a practice to play foul and befool
Before coming out of the forest fires
Wiping their bloody hands with sponge and spray
Exonerate their felony and fault of the past
“We are spick and span and ready to expand
Our helping hands,” the gangsters said in one voice.
Group of pigeons heartily hugged vultures’ choice
And welcomed with enthusiasm in one voice
Tired of the conflicts and conspiracy
Of internal and external bureaucracy
For the sake of peace and democracy
“We have given up all our past”,
“Hunting, fighting killing all elapsed”
“Our thought, philosophy and memory all erased”
Like the magic of the software net
Like the deletion of all the virus of the computer set
Clapping and thrilling came from afar
At the new logic of friendship and love
Peace agreement
Between the slayer scavengers and peaceful pigeons.
Alas the pigeons knew their number dwindling day and night
Under the watchful eyes of far and wide: western eyes
Not an iota of thought until the vegetarian vultures
Gulped down the pigeons one by one showing their real face
Thus peace loving pigeons vanished in vultures’ violent blood bath.
